Sample
50 µl citrated whole blood.
Quantity
10 tests
Detection

fiche specification
Fluorescent
gamme mesure
500 to 100,000 glycoproteins
Application
Flow Cytometry Kits
Form
- Diluent, 10 fold concentrated - Anti GpIIIa (CD61a) MAb - Anti GpIb (CD42b) MAb - Anti GpIa (CD49b) MAb - Calibrated bead suspension - Staining reagent, polyclonal anti mouse IgG-FITC
Principle
Single color flow cytometric analysis of the GpIIIa, GpIb and GpIa at the platelet basal state. The number of antigenic sites are determined by converting the fluorescence intensity into corresponding number of monoclonal antibodies bound per platelet based on a calibrated bead standard curve.
