Presentation
- Diluent, 10 fold concentrated - MAb anti CD55 - MAb anti CD59 - Precalibrated alpha bead. This bead is charaterized by a value for CD55 deficiency interpretation - Precalibrated beta bead. This bead is charaterized by a value for CD59 deficiency interpretation - Staining reagent, polyclonal antibody anti mouse IgG-FITC
Principle
The diluted whole blood sample is incubated with anti CD55 and anti CD59 monoclonal antibodies (Mab). The addition of the anti mouse IgG-FITC reagent allows the analysis of the binding of the anti CD55 and anti CD59 MAbs to the red cell surface by flow cytometry. The a and b beads, treated in the same conditions, allow to differentiate normal red blood cells from deficient red blood cells.
