Flow Cytometry Kits
Form
- Diluent, 10 fold concentrated - MAb anti CD55 - MAb anti CD59 - Precalibrated bead. This bead is characterized by alpha and beta values for CD55 and CD59 deficiency interpretation - Saturation reagent - Staining reagent, polyclonal antibody anti mouse IgG-FITC - Red cell lysing solution
Additional information
For In Vitro Diagnostic Use in combination with REDQUANT PNH kit (Ref. 7301)
Principle
After red cell lysis, the whole blood sample is incubated with anti CD55 and anti CD59 monoclonal antibodies (Mab). The addition of the anti mouse IgG-FITC reagent allows the analysis of the binding of the anti CD55 and anti CD59 Mabs to the granulocyte surface by flow cytometry. The beads, treated in the same conditions, allows to differentiate normal granulocytes from deficient granulocytes.
